PARTNERS:	RESELLERS:
Partners commit to a minimum monthly spend on an increasing scale that is capped after 12 months and in return receive a guaranteed discount off RRP – Recommended Retail Pricing on all products and services. Partnership also entitles a guaranteed number* of support tickets included per year at no additional cost. Partnership levels include: Silver Partner 25% off RRP Gold Partner 35% off RRP Platinum Partner 45% off RRP	Resellers have no commitment on spend and purchase goods and services at a fixed 15% – 45% Off RRP – Based on monthly spend No support tickets are included in the Reseller package Resellers have access to ad hoc discount promotions for products and services The level of Reseller discount can vary based on minimum monthly spend. Resellers can be upgraded to Partners if minimum monthly spend reaches minimum Partner commitment levels for each group (Silver, Gold & Platinum).

Both Partners & Resellers have access to the same products and services and can both benefit from promotions and specials to increase the level of discount available, ranging from 15% – 45% Off for the specific promotion period and the life of the subscription.
