VH offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction of our products and services. Meeting strict compliance with government policies, if for any reason a client wishes to discontinue a service they may do so and a refund will be issued.

Hosting Renewals

All renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded if Velocity Host is notified in writing 15 days prior to the invoice date/ renewal period. Refund requests received after this date will be made at the discretion of (VH) management.
